6. Shipping and Delivery

After payment confirmation, orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days.

Processing Cut-off Time:

• Orders placed before 3:50 PM will be processed on the same business day.
• Orders placed after 3:50 PM will be processed on the next business day.
• Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Orders under 140 € incur a shipping fee of 9 €.
Orders of 140 € or more qualify for free shipping within Australia.

Estimated delivery time is 2–6 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location within Australia.

7. Order Cancellation

• Customers may request order cancellation within a maximum of 24 hours after payment is completed.
• If the request is submitted within this 24-hour period and before the order has been dispatched, the cancellation can be processed.
• If the order has already been shipped or if more than 24 hours have passed since payment, cancellation is no longer available.
• In such cases, customers may submit a return request in accordance with the store’s return procedure and place a new order if required.

8. Returns and Refunds

To ensure efficient logistics handling, our store does not provide direct exchange services.

Customers may request a return within 15 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

• must be returned in original condition, unused and undamaged;
• should be returned, where possible, with the original packaging and all included accessories;
• must include the order number and reason for the request;
• must be returned using the return label included inside the package received by the customer.

After the returned product is received and verified, refunds are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible, unless otherwise permitted under Australian Consumer Law.
• The actual processing time for funds depends on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
